Premier eTitleLien™ provides an electronic ownership record in lieu of a paper title. The system interfaces with the DMV’s computer systems to process title liens and releases. With Premier eTitleLien™, the lienholder has instant access to all electronic title information. By using a secure internet connection, Premier eTitleLien™ enables the exchange of vehicle and title to the DMV.
