In 2008, after 10 years of serving at Greenville Federal Credit Union of Greenville, South Carolina, I founded TicToc, Inc. I saw the need for a company that bridged the gap between operations and IT. With a broad range of credit union operational and IT functions, I felt that I could serve the credit union industry as a whole, providing a rare service unique from any other. Having held various positions in the credit union ranging from Teller to Chief Information Officer, I have a complete understanding of the basic needs of credit unions as well as the more complex issues. I also hold various degrees and certifications, lending me the technological background necessary to blend the two areas together.
In 2013, I founded TDC Services which specializes in Vendor Management Services, Charge Off Loan Tracking, and Electronic Liens & Titles.
I have also served on various committees and assisted many system vendors with the development of their own products which I implemented afterwards. With technology growing more and more complex, the ease of analysis and implementation is diminishing. It is now much more difficult to determine which products will meet the needs of the organization and show an ROA as well. Time or experience seems to be the most challenging for a credit union to overcome when considering the implementation of new technology within their organization. It is a never-ending challenge to continue to meet the needs of today's demanding members.
I witnessed the need many times over and believe that I can make a valuable contribution to each of your organizations throughout the years to come. I look forward to partnering with each and every one of you to make organizations a stronger and more viable alternative during these challenging times.
